Pre-ordering lets you lock in upcoming hobby box and case releases before they officially drop. Here's what to know before you pre-order with us.
1. What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order is a product listed for purchase before it is released or currently in stock at our warehouse. Pre-order items are clearly marked on the product page.
2. Same Policies as In-Stock Items
Pre-orders are treated the same as in-stock orders in terms of our Return, Refund, and Shipping policies. Once your pre-order ships, our standard 30-Day Return Policy (unopened items only) and shipping timelines apply.
3. Payment
Payment is charged in full at the time you place your pre-order, using any of our accepted payment methods (Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Link by Stripe), processed securely through Stripe.
4. Estimated Release & Ship Dates
- Estimated release dates are provided on each pre-order product page based on information from the manufacturer or distributor
- These dates are estimates only and are subject to change due to manufacturer delays, production issues, or distribution changes beyond our control
- We will do our best to keep you updated via email if a release date changes significantly
5. Shipping
Once a pre-ordered product arrives at our warehouse, it is processed and shipped following our standard Shipping Policy (processed in 1–3 business days, delivered in 3–7 business days), with free shipping on every order.
6. Order Updates
We recommend keeping an eye on your email for updates regarding your pre-order's status, including any changes to the estimated release date or shipping confirmation once your item ships.
7. Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel a pre-order before it ships, contact us at support@hobbyhiveshop.shop as soon as possible. We're happy to accommodate cancellation requests prior to shipment.
8. Manufacturer Delays or Cancellations
In the rare event that a manufacturer cancels or indefinitely delays a product's release, we will notify affected customers and offer a full refund or the option to select an alternative product.
