1. Who Can Apply
Our wholesale program is open to:
- Licensed retail businesses (physical or online storefronts)
- Local card and hobby shops
- Resellers with a valid business license or resale certificate
We are not able to offer wholesale pricing to individual collectors purchasing for personal use.
2. How to Apply
To inquire about wholesale pricing and availability, email us at support@hobbyhiveshop.shop with the subject line "Wholesale Inquiry" and include:
- Your business name and website (if applicable)
- A valid resale certificate or business license number
- The products and quantities you're interested in
- Your estimated order frequency (one-time or recurring)
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
3. Minimum Order Requirements
Wholesale orders are subject to minimum quantity requirements, which vary by product and manufacturer allocation. Specific minimums will be provided upon inquiry.
4. Pricing
Wholesale pricing is offered on a case-by-case basis depending on product, volume, and order frequency, and is not published publicly on the Site. Approved wholesale accounts will receive pricing directly from our team.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of order confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing
- We accept the same secure payment methods available at checkout, processed through Stripe
- Net payment terms may be considered for established wholesale accounts on a case-by-case basis
6. Shipping for Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse. Shipping costs, timelines, and methods for bulk orders may differ from our standard retail shipping policy and will be confirmed at the time of order.
7. Returns on Wholesale Orders
Due to the bulk nature of wholesale purchases, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be pre-approved in writing. Sealed product condition requirements from our standard Return & Refund Policy still apply.
8. Authenticity
All wholesale products are 100% authentic and sourced through authorized distribution channels — the same standard we hold for every retail order.
